Q: When I try to login, I get an error message

First make sure you entered the correct user ID and password. If you forgot your user ID, refer to the "I forgot my user ID" question. If you forgot your password, refer to the "I forgot my password" question.

Secondly, please note that User ID is case and language-specific characters sensitive, therefore if your UserID is “Maâm”, you cannot login with “Maam”

Q: I forgot my user ID

The HP log in system was upgraded. If you have an old account, try to use your email address on behalf of User ID.

If you still can not access, please use the link below to recover your user ID:

You will need to enter you first name, last name and email address and click “Submit”.
A list of one or more user IDs that match your details will then be displayed.
Choose the one you want to keep as your user ID.

Q: I forgot my password

For security reasons, HP can not send you your password by email. However, you can request for a reset of your password. You will then be asked to create a new password.  

First use the link below and on the form, enter you user ID and your email address, then click “Submit”.

You will then be sent an email that contains a secured link.

Click on this link and on the web form, enter a new password, then click "Submit".

Q: I want to unsubscribe from HP’s newsletter

HP respects your privacy. The easiest way to unsubscribe is to use the link called “Manage subscription” or "unsubscribe" at the bottom of your HP newsletter.

Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from your profile page. To access this page, you will need to identify yourself with your user ID and password and then answer “No” to the question of whether HP may contact you via email:

Q: How often will I receive HP’s newsletter

The HP Extranews newsletter is usually sent out once a month. However, you may also receive occasional e-mails of interest to you (concerning support alerts, or special offers, as relevant).

Q: I wish to receive my newsletter in another language

Today, it is not possible to choose any language for your newsletter. For example, if you live in the UK, you can receive the message in English only.

If you are living in Switzerland, you can receive the message in French or German only; and in Belgium, you can receive the message in Dutch or French only. Please click on this link to change your language:
