For the first time, we published a report on our corporate social responsibility activities for our customers in February. This customer report – which complements the full online version – is now available as a local version for several European countries. These versions include an introduction of the HP country manager and include additional information on local initiatives and projects in these markets.
An increasing number of public and private sector tenders that we participate in requires us to supply information on social and environmental aspects of our business management processes, systems and initiatives.
However, at HP we have always aimed to go beyond legislative requirements and we are proud of our track record in basing our business on sound social and environmental values and principles.
With the increasing impact corporate environmental and social activities have on the relationships with all our stakeholder we wanted to ensure we communicate our goals and activities to our customers in an accessible way.
