Essentially, HP secures customer information, provides customers access to their information, and does not sell, rent or lease customers' personally identifiable information. The details of HP privacy practices are described in our Online Privacy Statement at the bottom of every HP web page.

HP's Global Master Privacy Policy is established on principles consistent with Fair Information Practices as well as the Safe Harbour principles established by the European Union and the United States. These principles are notice, choice, access and accuracy, onward transfer, security and oversight (enforcement). TRUSTe logo HP is a licensee of the TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal Program. TRUSTe is a worldwide, independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build a user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices.
